Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results…fast. It’s a calorie-torching, hip swiveling dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn.

Set to the latest music, our range of class formats fuse cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and dance into our classes to keep keep you motivated and coming back for more.

Incorporating both high and low impact options our professionally trained instructors help you get the most from your workout at any fitness level.

What to Bring

Bring a set of hand-held weights and a yoga mat along with a water bottle and your sense of adventure. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, and a good pair of cross-trainers.

Class Formats

Classes are 30, 45, or 60 minutes in length.

High and low impact options are presented in all classes except Lo, which are taught entirely low impact.

DANCE MIXX

This high-intensity dance workout mixes modern moves with strength training. Set to Top 40 music, Dance Mixx targets the 3 major muscle groups for a full body workout.

INTERVAL

Equal parts circuit-based bursts of cardio and strength training, this workout carves your body into the shape you strive for. Interval is the power of High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT), unleashed.

FUSION

This total body workout is a circuit-based High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) class that fuses high-octane dance moves with muscle work to rev up your results.

FLIP FUSION

Targeted, muscle-carving sets followed by shorter blasts of cardio dance kickstart metabolism to keep calories burning for hours after the workout is over.

CORE

A cardio-plus-strength class designed to engage and chisel the entire core and target v-line abs for a body to boast about.

STRIKE

Jabs and kicks to pumping music knock out stress and release your endorphins. Calories don’t stand a chance!

STRENGTH 30/45/60

Sculpt lean muscle through weight and resistance training for a tight, toned physique in 30-, 45-, or 60-minutes. This class will transform your body.

EXPRESS

Cut to the chase with a 30-minute blast of dance-based cardio plus strength training.

PERSONAL TOUCH

Supercharged intensity in a small group or individual setting is tailored to meet specific personal fitness goals. Additional fees may apply.

JUNIOR JAZZERCISE

Kids have a blast dancing to new music mixes and playing fitness games created just for them. It’s a great introduction to fitness, coordination, strength, nutrition, and confidence all while having fun!

LO

Use muscles not momentum to get a total-body workout, without the impact on your joints. Perfect for all fitness levels, you’ll find LO versions of Dance Mixx, Interval and Fusion formats at participating facilities.
