Based on the success of our last general technique group session, we are offering another one this year.
This special session, taught by a team of instructors will cover a broad range of topics to help improve your overall class technique to help you get the most from your workout.
Topics will include cardio technique, strength method, and simply stretch.
The session costs £15 and is 1.5 hours long. It will be held at the Blue School before our 4pm Sunday class.
The session is 2:15pm to 3:45pm.
