To help you find your dancing feet we are offering FREE new customer training sessions in 2020.
Typically on the the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, we are running 45 minute training sessions to help give you an overview of our dance fitness programme.
This session is perfect for customers who have recently started in the last few months, or for those that are thinking about attending our classes.
Basic movements will be demonstrated. We'll help show you modificaitons if need be, help you understand our full range of class options and more.
