May is National Fitness Month and in honour of fitness month we’ve got some speciality class formats that are going to be popping up on our schedule.
The two formats are called 'Stronger for IT! and Oh My Core!
Stronger for IT! is a special twist on our fusion format, which includes extra muscle work for a muscle toning boost!
Oh My Core! is a special twist on our core format, which includes even more CORE Work! You are sure to be whitting the middle and feeling your core for days to come!
