Join your local Fit crew this Saturday 6th May at 8am for a 75 minute ROYAL workout, to kick off the Coronation celebrations.

Its going to be a fun morning so be sure to bring that sass, lets dress up and show up... hair up in a top bun (your crown) and dress in Royal colours if you have them, Reds, Blues, Gold...... We look forward to seeing you on the dance floor Saturday at 8am.

We continue the Coronation weekend with our fabulous Sunday class at 4pm at The Blue Space and the lovely Dana has you covered for the Bank Holiday online class at 4pm on Monday 8th, live from Fountain Hills in Arizona.
